Fall 2020 Soccer Update

Due to guidance issued by the State of Illinois regarding recreational sports, we are unable to run our normal soccer programs for Fall 2020.

However, we are working with AYSO Region 418 - Lakefront to provide skills-based training with limited scrimmages within a team (teams will not scrimmage against other teams).

Peterson Park AYSO will not be running a fall soccer program for our 4U-8U players (birth years between 2013 and 2017) Lakefront AYSO will run 4U-8U programs at Margate Park on Saturdays. Interested families may register with Lakefront AYSO.

The 10U-14U programs will be run by Peterson Park AYSO and Lakefront AYSO at Peterson Park on Saturdays and Sundays. Interested families may sign up to be placed on a waitlist and we will activate players as we have space, taking into account our limited volunteer roster (we are not allowing volunteers to coach multiple teams).

Lakefront AYSO has created a comprehensive set of COVID guidelines for families which we will also use at Peterson Park.

If you have already paid for Fall and do not feel comfortable with your child participating in this revised format, we will work with our national office to issue refunds as soon as possible.
