Before Picture Day:

Leading up to picture day, PMI Photography will begin sending out emails. These messages will be sent to the email on file with your child’s organization and is usually the email you used to register your kiddo. The messages from PMI will contain prepay information & a link to preorder. Preordering is optional, available through midnight on picture day, and with free shipping on all orders! If you choose not to prepay, you will still have access to viewing your images before ordering.

Placing a Prepay Order:

To place a prepay order, please visit PMI Photography’s Prepay Shop at https://pmiphoto.gotphoto.com/prepay/login and enter your organization's prepay access code. The prepay access code will be sent out by PMI with the link to the Prepay Shop in emails leading up to picture day. Preordering is not required, but gives you access to exclusive savings.

On Picture Day:

Pictures will be taken at Hollywood Park (8U and younger) and Peterson Park (10U and older). In general, teams will take photos sometime in the hour before their game. The picture schedule is shown below.

PMI photographers will take images with multiple poses for your child. Why multiple poses? We take multiple poses so you will be able to select your favorite poses, backgrounds, prints and/or products for your order. You can place a prepay order until midnight on picture day.

After Picture Day:

Images will be posted online ~5-10 business days after picture day. If a prepay order was placed, you will receive an email to select your images to fulfill your order. If no prepay order was placed with PMI, you should still receive a link to view your player's album and shop for your favorite images. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to PMI Photography. Common reasons for not receiving an email can include email typos, different email addresses used, and/or a child’s images being associated with a nickname that is not assigned to an email, or it may have gone to your spam/junk folder.

Processing Orders:

Prepay orders are processed for individual shipment after image selections are chosen AND confirmed for your order. Be sure that you are getting to the confirmation screen after you make your selections! Proofing Shop orders (non-prepay orders) are processed immediately after submission. All orders are shipped directly to your home!
